Beach houses

Situated in singular seashell-shaped buildings, all of the beach houses face two different directions: One towards the beach so that you can enjoy a view of spectacular sunsets and the other toward the mangrove forests, jungle and/or golf course depending on where your house is located. All of the buildings have direct access to the beach. The building is divided into two different units so they will cause less of a visual impact and seem smaller. Unit 1 has 5 stories and is parallel to the sea. Unit 2 is 2 stories and is closer to the sea.

Marina houses

Adjacent to the promenade and the seafront, the houses that face the sea are part of a series of 4 level buildings, with shopping and leisure areas that are connected to the Yacht Club. A series of stretched Teflon tents similar to ship sails, reminiscent of the sailing boats at the harbor, are proposed in front of the shady arcade of the shops. The buildings are designed to recall the aerodynamics lines of a boat, giving them a maritime look.

Golf houses

The golf houses are lined up along the golf roadways, in buildings that form a boundary and protect the dense native vegetation. They have a view on to the golf course, the sea and the biological corridor. The buildings have been proposed in three and four at different heights. In both cases, one of them has been separated from the rest in order to minimize their volumetric impact on the surrounding area.

New trend in global real estate

The U.S. real estate may not be hot anymore but more and more North Americans are buying second homes or retiree homes in Mexico and Central American countries. Mexico, a huge second home or retiree home market, is an obvious choice for Americans and Canadians buying abroad. New construction in Mexico is offering various master planned communities with lifestyle and safety that resembles second homes in Florida.

Many real estate companies are providing services to Americans and Canadians to help them buy properties in Mexico. Pravin Wankhede, President of Goglobalreal LLC , was invited to Playa del Carmen, Mexico on January 22nd for an inspection trip to Mareazul project. Mareazul has a master plan with PGA standard Nick Price designed 18 holes golf course, beach club designed by Roberto Cavalli, International Signature name Spa, World renowned hotel flag on premises and luxurious condos with view ocean view from every unit.

A low cost of living allows people to live high standard of living on a modest retirement income. Sunny beaches have always been an attraction for Americans and Canadians and with high standards of services, many foreigners are buying in Mexico and Central America because it is a place where their dreams are coming true with all the luxuries and a house maid, cook, chauffer and gardener. Baby boomers are looking beyond Florida to retire any live the dream of their life.

People are buying not only for second homes or retiree homes but many are buying for investment. Many developers are offering Rental Management programs so that you can rent out your condos and collect rental income and also get to use your condo for 4-8 weeks with prior reservation. You can also buy and make it your own timeshare by renting it to friends and families. Rental services are also available on internet.
